This program supports voluntary training for female researchers aiming to advance their careers by providing mentoring and job shadowing with higher-level faculty members (hereinafter referred to as "mentors") in order to learn about research activities and business management.
Through this training, participants will learn about the realities of managers in higher-level positions and organizational management, gain new perspectives, knowledge, and motivation, and expand the number of female researchers and managers in higher-level positions.
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for FY2021 users.
If you wish to use this program, please read the "Application Guidelines" below, fill out the "Application Form" and send it to the Promotion Office of Research environment for Diversity (Ree-D) via email no later than six weeks prior to the start date of your desired training (deadline: Tuesday, 30 November 2021).
Possible training period: 1 June 2021 to 31 January 2022.
Please note that if the amount of money adopted reaches the maximum budgeted amount, we will close the application at that time.
